Weekends – holidays: If the start date or end date of the rental falls on a weekend or public holiday, the sound Design can be registered on the last working day before the start of the rental and/or the first working day after the end of the rental. Check-out or check-in may, under certain circumstances, be done outside normal hours of service. 9. Rental equipment costs: rental fees are weekly base-donation rates, with the duration of the departure period by the sound design at the base in Dublin until the time of arrival by Sound Design, in the normal operating hours of the company (10am and 6pm). Devices removed during the first day`s service hours must be returned on the 7th day of the rental before 6:00 p.m. or a second week`s rent. 10.Payments: Payments must be made in full before check-out with cancelled funds, unless the tenant has opened an account at Sound Design, in which case payments will be made according to the terms of the account and as shown on the invoice.
11. Delays in payment: If discounts are offered or negotiated, the right to the rebate expires if the accounts are not paid until the due date. In addition, all accounts that are not settled until the due date are subject to a monthly interest charge until the payment is fully received. (The interest rate is currently 2.5% per month or part of the calendar month – the applied interest rate is shown on the invoice).
